“Mike has an innate sense of groove providing the ideal support to explore the tradition of Jazz. He has the uncanny ability to 'second-guess' fellow musicians' intentions and abrupt changes in the music, whilst his creative input into the unit turns the experience of performing into a constant voyage of discovery. This makes him a powerful force in any band unit”
